Design services that we offer at our firm
Hello again, We’ve recently received a lot of inquiries about services other than full service design, so I’d love to share our updated list of some of our most popular service packages along with a brief explanation what these services encompass.
Services
In Home Consultation 600.00
Service includes following: onsite analysis where we get to know you and your goals, understand better your needs and any particular requirements for the space.
Typically all of our projects start with this service!
This service also includes walk through of each space, we make suggestions for a design and style direction, discussion of preliminary budget and, lighting, window coverings, styling tips.
We also discuss in detail our design process and our contract and answer any questions that you may have.
Please note that no design work, materials or furnishings selection will happen during this meeting!
This consultation is a great opportunity to get to know each other, and gain an understanding how the whole process works. It is also an opportunity to discuss the initial ideas which we will later on develop in to a custom design plan, made for your unique needs.
Decorating my room starting at 6000.00
Service includes following: initial design development, space planing, color selection, 2D floor plans, 3D visualization ,materials specifications,lighting plan, window treatments design, estimate of all known costs, one revision, a full presentation of design and three in home consultations. Please understand that this is full service package which means that once you sign on you understand that we then take care of every aspect of your project and that you commit to purchasing all furnishings and accessories through our company from our trusted vendors.There is no piecemeal options here.
Delivery, procurement and installation is charged separately.

Design my kitchen/bathroom starting at 6500.00
This is a full service design package and this package includes following:
space planning and layout, 2D floor plans, lighting plan, basic electrical plan if needed,detail graphics and various spec sheets needed for the project.
In addition we include selection and sourcing of materials and finishes, two initial meetings with contractors, an estimate of all known costs, one revision, and four in home consultations.
Delivery, procurement and installation is charged separately.

Refresh my room starting at 4000.00
This service package is perfect for clients that already own most of the furniture pieces for the design!
Service includes: design evaluation ,space planning ,recommendations of additional items needed, Art curation, accessory recommendations, design presentation, sourcing for needed items for the project. This design package includes three in home consultations and one revision.
Please note that this service does not include furniture selection of large pieces, we may suggest that you purchase items but if you would like us to further design additional fees do apply!
For oversized rooms additional fees do apply!
Refresh my kitchen/bathroom starting at 4800.00
Service includes following: materials selection, color selection, finishes selection and tile layout. One revision is included along with two consultations meetings. Also included in this package is one meeting with trade or contractor. This service is perfect for clients that would like to keep their current cabinets and update the rest of the elements of kitchen space/ bathroom.
For oversized rooms additional fees do apply!
