In the bloom

In the midst of bad news I think we all need something pretty and cheerful, so I decided to design something that always puts me in a good mood. My inspiration started wit the artwork of Oliver Gal’s “Bed of roses “. The artwork is so fresh and funky and it seemed to me a good starting point for the interior design project.

Let me know what you think ,do you like it or not?

Wallpaper is from https://eskayel.com/product/aquarius-opal-2/ fabulous pattern that emphasizes the wall art,in addition to it I selected a luxurious plush Velvet in plum fromhttps://www.kravet.com/lee-jofa and couple of accessories to compliment it from https://www.kravet.com/dunes-mirror. In order to tie in everything together you really need a piece of furnishings that will anchor the space so that the whole Design looks intentional and effortless, for that I opted for a bold plum hand made rug https://aelfie.com/collections/graphicrugs/products/deniz-hand-knotted-rug. Colors of rug pick up perfectly tones of artwork and add a little bit of traditional flair to a very modern setting ,which gives the design a life in a form of slight imperfection.

I wish all of you to stay safe and healthy!

Cheers, Tatiana
